01 / MEET YOUR HOST
Meet Joe. He’s walked a few different paths.
Radio. Nonprofits. The corporate world. Each chapter has given Joe another way to see people—and another reason to stay curious.
A lifelong sports and music fan, Joe brings warmth, humor, and a willingness to follow an unexpected conversation. He wants to understand what people have lived through, what they believe, and how they came to see the world as they do.
His approach is simple: make people comfortable, listen closely, and ask thoughtful questions. There’s room for laughter, difficult subjects, and the discoveries that happen when we give one another time to speak.

02 / FEATURED CONVERSATION
Beyond the numbers.
Get a glimpse of Joe’s conversation with ESPN’s Paul “Hembo” Hembekides.
Politics may be part of someone’s story. So may faith, identity, work, family, loss, or hope.
The Ill Noise welcomes those conversations with curiosity, respect, and thoughtful questions. Guests speak for themselves. Joe brings an independent voice and a willingness to explore both common ground and disagreement.
We listen closely, examine claims, and ask follow-up questions. Our hope is to create space for understanding, connection, and positive change.
